SHIPPING

Every drawing is made to order, so we don't begin work on a project until we have received payment in full.  Regular orders are generally completed and shipped from our studio office 3-4 weeks from payment. For an extra $50 RUSH production fee, orders can leave our studio the week following payment. You will receive your projected shipment date at the time of purchase. We ship all of our products through the US Postal Service. You should receive an email from the USPS with a tracking number when your item Priority shipping label has been paid for. You can expect domestic delivery 2-4 days from shipment.

Each drawing is packaged and rolled in a hard-sided cardboard tube which is then shipped inside of a triangle box mailer with the inks. Extra Small drawings with 2 or less ink pads are shipped in a hard-sided envelope with cardboard stays for support.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If an artwork arrives wrinkled or creased due to package handling we do not take responsibility for such damages. 

If, in the unlikely event that the paper is torn, damaged or a name is misspelled due to our error in record-keeping or packaging, we will be happy to ship a new piece out to you ASAP and will provide return shipping for the damaged/incorrect piece if we want it back. 

If an ornamental element, such as birds, heart and initial, or the like is, for some reason, left out, we will not pay for 2-way expedited return shipping to have the tree sent back to us to add such elements and send it back to you. We may, however, provide a pdf of such elements to print out and trace to your existing drawing if they were omitted. 

Please understand that each drawing is unique and therefore close-to but may vary slightly from what is pictured in the examples.

Ink pads, opened as well as unopened, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded since the cost of shipping them equals or surpasses their value.

If your package arrives too late for your time-sensitive event as a result of our error, we can offer you a refund.

COPYRIGHTS

Dill Creative and Bleu de Toi Handmade hold general artist copy rights to all designs that come out of our studio. Each drawing is marked as such. We do not sell pdfs or printable files of any of our artwork and forbid any reproduction of our designs outside of our studio. Please respect the creative efforts of original artwork.
